As always we had a great stay. Lee & Omm continue to make great changes. Although i’ve caught lots of Bertie fish, I really got lucky with the sizes this time. Only fished days, fish were spawning when we arrived, but they stopped because it was so cold & wet. Hence the weight i think. Fished the house swim with rods up both sides. Caught a lot in the margins casting across to the pads (right hand) and reeds (left hand). Have to say it’s the coldest I’ve ever been in France in May! But great fishing anyway.
